How payouts work
-
1
The buyer pays at checkout
Funds land in escrow, not in your account. Nothing is released until the transfer is confirmed.
-
2
The 7-day dispute window
The buyer verifies the files and the live URL. If everything checks out, the window closes automatically.
-
3
You get paid every Friday
Cleared funds are paid out weekly to PayPal or bank transfer, worldwide, usually within one business day of the payout run.
Frequently asked
- Does the fee change if the buyer makes an offer instead of buying at the listed price?
- No. The 5% is charged on the final accepted price, whether that is the listed amount or a negotiated offer.
- What happens if a dispute is raised and it's my fault?
- If the escrow review finds the delivered files don't match the listing, the buyer is refunded and the fee is waived. Disputes against sellers are rare, under 1% of sales, and almost all are resolved within the week.
- Can I withdraw before the weekly payout run?
- Funds are released from escrow the moment the dispute window closes, but payouts themselves batch weekly on Fridays to keep transfer costs low.
- Are fees the same for international sellers?
- Yes. One fee schedule for everyone. Currency conversion happens at the payout step at the exchange rate shown on your payout page, before the money moves.
